This condominium is a cozy, bright, peaceful unit that directly overlooks the pool and ocean. Each morning as you sit on the balcony, listening to the ocean, you can watch the dolphins swim. Bald Head Island and Southport make great day trips. If you enjoy fishing this area is for you! Try your hand at surf fishing and pier fishing or check out the marina and charter a boat for deep sea fishing, the marina also offers many types of sightseeing cruises. Historic Wilmington is just 15 minutes away. The building has plenty of parking and has an elevator to take you to your first floor retreat. No Smoking, Please.
