Welcome to Good Gooka Mooka, a charming duplex retreat just a block and a half from the sands of Carolina Beach. This well-appointed home combines comfort and convenience, offering central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and ample parking for up to four vehicles. Relax on one of the two decks, fire up the gas grill, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day by the ocean – everything you need for a perfect beach stay is right here!
The 2nd floor features an open and inviting living area, with a cozy couch, loveseat, and chair for lounging around the flat-screen TV with YouTube TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a flat cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and essentials like a drip coffeemaker, toaster, and crockpot. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for six or the bar with seating for three, making it a great space for gathering over dinner or drinks.
Good Gooka Mooka offers four comfortable bedrooms spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor has a queen bedroom and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a glass walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms – one with twin beds and another with a twin-over-twin bunk – share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making this the ideal layout for families or groups of friends.

Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy!
"The place was roomy and clean. Loved the balcony off the master bedroom. The layout gave you privacy if you wanted it. Master bath was big enough to accommodate two people without bumping into each other when getting ready to go out. Easy walk to the beach, the Tiki Bar, ice cream and a couple restaurants. Overall it was a great experience, will book with them again and hope to get the same place."

"Great stay at Good Gooka Mooka! - Good Gooka Mooka was a wonderful stay for me and a group of friends we were celebrating a bachelor party for! The property had ample room for multiple guests and had a very close proximity to all activities and the beach a block away. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others!"

"We had a great stay!! Responsive and friendly host. Excellent home with everything we needed including toddler cups and plates. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds! Hard to find anything to change, could use a larger coffee maker. It is a drip one that makes 2 cups at a time, plenty of filters were provided."

"Just a block from the beach & very family friendly! Walkable to a cute little ice cream & snack shack & just 5 minutes from Publix and the boardwalk! Easy to walk home for a snack and head right back out to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay here & we meant some really great families!"
