Latitude Adjustment is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom duplex located on the peaceful North end of Carolina Beach. This beautiful property is perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, just a short distance from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and only 1.5 miles from Freeman Park. With beach access conveniently located across the street, guests can easily enjoy days by the ocean. Evenings can be spent relaxing on one of the three decks or grilling by the pool, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.
The home offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen on the 3rd floor features a dining table with seating for six, breakfast bars for seven, and deck access for outdoor dining. The living room provides a cozy space with ocean views, a smart TV, and plenty of seating for up to eight people. For entertainment, guests can enjoy board games, books, and stunning views from the deck that leads to a top deck via a spiral staircase.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with three rooms offering private bathrooms. The 1st-floor bedrooms include a king bed with ocean views and a twin bunk room perfect for kids. The 2nd-floor bedrooms both have private deck access, with one featuring a king bed and walk-in closet. A full laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the 2nd floor for guests' convenience, making this home ideal for extended stays or family vacations.

"We had a great time at this property. The elevator was perfect for older parents that can not climb stairs. The place was very spacious. The kitchen and living area was perfect for the whole family to hang out in. We also enjoyed waking up to see the sunrise from the roof top patio. The whole family would recommend curtains or blinds on the windows in the showers, all of them. The house beside ours could definitely get a clear view into the bathrooms. Other than, that, our stay was excellent."

"Home was nice, had all the things that we could have asked for. Few things could be upgraded, such as towels for the guests, (very small and thin) and definitely needed a blind on one of the windows in the bathrooms. Beach was really nice for the short time we could utilize it. Tropical storm put a damper on things for sure. The company who handles the property, Carolina Beach Realty was very responsive to answer questions. All and all great piece of property, would recommend staying here with family or friends. "

"The check in and check out was very easy and convenient. The property itself was very nice and clean. Beach access was only a couple houses down. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Pool water was cold so we didn’t use. Beach area was nice and clean. Only real issue we had was with the elevator. Could never get it to come to the first floor. Maintenance responded quickly. Couple things I would recommend for the property would be a full length mirror, hooks added to bathrooms to hang clothes or robe on and a blind for the bathroom on second floor. Overall great stay."

"Perfection! - This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we will continue to come back. The house is well laid out, well decorated, comfortable, and has everything two families with kids could want/need. There is plenty of space to hang out with plenty of seating. There are excellent views from both the front and back of the house. The location is perfect - very walkable to the boardwalk and surrounding areas. We can't wait to come back next year!"

"Perfect Beach Home!! - The home is exactly as described and even better in person! We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. During our trip there were beach toys, a wagon and chairs available for our use. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They made the check in and out super simple. We will definitely stay here again!"

"First time in CB for us! House was gorgeous with plenty of room for all of us and very close to a beach access. It was about a 15 min walk to the boardwalk so the kids preferred to drive most of the time since it was so hot in August (be prepared - paid parking everywhere in CB and it can get pricey). We were able to see the Boardwalk fireworks from the roof top deck which was nice and we used the pool everyday as well. I already miss sitting on the deck and listening to the waves crash! Thank you Carolina Beach Realty for a stress free stay and easy check-in/out!"

"The Perfect CB Spot - We visit Carolina Beach regularly and this house is by far our favorite place to stay. This was our second time staying here. The house is open and clean with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The best part is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk area. Very walkable! "Absolutely perfect! - This property was just right in so many ways. It is newly built and fresh and clean. The bedrooms are comfortable. The upstairs living area is open and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Multiple balconies make outdoor hangouts possible. The closeness to beach access is great and also a short walk to the boardwalk.
