"Sides’ Memorial Day Beach Trip - Great location! House had everything we needed. The pool was nice and everything was clean . The bathroom lights in the top floor wold not work no matter what we did so at nighttime, we could not use that bathroom to shower. We tried changing the light bulbs and we checked the electrical had tripped but it had not. This is a great place to stay.😊could not find a no. To call. But didn’t really try."

"Great location, friendly area. - This house was perfect for our short spring break stay. It is a corner house with some ocean views. It is right across the street from the beach access, beach chairs were available for use. It is a 10 minute walk to the pier where there is a coffee shop, small arcade, and other shops. Very pleasant area with lots of families walking dogs, running, or biking. The kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked meals and enjoyed the open kitchen/dining/living room space. There is an extra fridge downstairs and a mini fridge upstairs in addition to the kitchen fridge- good for keeping everyone well hydrated. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was very clean and well maintained. We are a couple with 5 kids ages 15-21. The house had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay again."

"Tournament get away - We were in Wilmington for a lacrosse tournament and found this house. It is a great location, right across the street from a public beach access. Also, 1/4 mile from the pier and a couple of nice restaurants. The interior was as advertised. Comfortable beds and all necessities we needed. We would definitely recommend."

"Thank you so much for making this trip worry free for the family! We had an amazing time and will definitely use Carolina Beach Realty for future trips to this area! The house was very well stocked with items and fit our needs perfectly. All the items listed on the site were provided and it made the stay worry free. I am not sure there was anything bad about the home. The parking area was great and made it very easy to get cars in and out - the home was put together very well. I think the best part was the extra outdoor chairs and items that were available and the fenced in yard."
