Bright and Breezy! Ocean Dunes 306 is a beautiful top-floor condo on the south end of Kure Beach. The living area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops, and floors. The Ocean Dunes complex has many great amenities including 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a sauna, a weight room in the recreation center across the street, a playground, a shuffleboard court, and tennis courts. Located in Fort Fisher, the complex is close to the N.C. Aquarium and Southport Ferry. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Underneath assigned parking for a maximum 2 cars.
*Starting Saturday, April 1st the Rec Center Hours of Operation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week. April 1st will also be opening day for all three of the outdoor pools. The pool hours will be 9 a.m. to dusk. Just a reminder that the outdoor pools are not heated.*

"Nice stay but had to be moved to a different condo when the air conditioning was not working in the unit I originally leased. The amenities weren't the same but I was issued a $50 rebate for the inconvenience. I met the cleaners as we were changing over to the new condo. The cleaners were amazing to meet. Very friendly, very professional and very thorough for a very short notice cleaning of our unit Thank you for a nice stay."
