Guests can take advantage of the seasonal community pool, typically open around Memorial Day, or step out to the beach just a few steps away. With two dedicated parking spaces, a variety of board games, and stunning views, this condo is perfect for a family vacation or a friends’ getaway.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze, whether you’re preparing a simple snack or a full dinner. Equipped with a flat cooktop stove, range oven, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, and more, the kitchen has everything needed for easy, home-cooked meals. The dining table offers a casual seating arrangement with two benches and two chairs, making it ideal for gathering together. The living room, designed with comfort in mind, features a queen sleeper sofa, seating for seven, a flat-screen TV, cable, and a DVD player for cozy evenings in.
Reefs IV C3 offers three well-appointed bedrooms to ensure a restful stay. The master suite features a queen bed, ocean views, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the oceanfront deck, along with a private bathroom that includes a custom tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to a private deck with seating for four. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a beautifully tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This lovely condo combines beachfront relaxation with all the comforts needed for a memorable Carolina Beach getaway.

****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located under the condo.

Carolina Beach is a perfect family-friendly destination with a variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained. Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. "Very nice condo. Good location and view - The condo was very nice and clean. Everything was exactly as described. Very good service from the owner/rental agency. One evening, we wanted to use the blender to make pina coladas but discovered the blender was broken. I sent a note to the rental agency through the portal and the following morning someone dropped off a new blender. I love this stretch of Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to the pier and the boardwalk (1 mile). Close enough to places to get a meal and drinks, but not too close that there's traffic and noise."

"Great Stay! - We were there in the off season so I’m sure a bunch of maintenance was about to be completed. The place was awesome but needed a deep cleaning. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved that everything we needed was provided.
Property management was outstanding and super easy to communicate with!
If you want to be on the beach and have a spectacular view this is the palace to stay!"

"Long Weekend Getaway - This was our first visit to Carolina Beach so we weren't for sure what to expect. The complex was easy to find and had the ample, covered parking we needed! "Girls Weekend - This was perfect for a small girls weekend away. We fit 7 girls into this comfy, but bigger than expected condo. Easy to locate, had enough dishes, and dishwasher works. A couple of things to note:
It is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, except loading & unloading.
No fault to the listing, I forgot trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, zip bags, etc (so just friendly, you should bring them!)
Last note, we rented chairs and umbrellas though Pleasure Island Rentals. The Reefs, here is 4. I will definitely be planning another vacation to here!"

"The Good The Bad and The Ugly. - Great location. Perfect size for our group.
Would have loved a “heads up” that the dishwasher was broken. Didn’t plan to hand wash dishes for 6 people for 3 meals per day for 3 days. I would have brought paper products. Not a vacation if I’m having to do dishes.
Maggot issue in the parking/trash can area. Made packing up a bit gross trying to step over them.
Having said that I would still go back again as the convenience of the beach is what it is all about."
