Welcome to Royal Sands I B3, "The Sandcastle," a beautifully appointed oceanfront condo on the 3rd floor, offering sweeping panoramic views and the comforts of home. Relax on the spacious oceanfront deck with built-in seating, ideal for enjoying the fresh sea breeze and stunning coastal sunsets. Complimentary WiFi and central heating/air make your stay comfortable year-round, and a front-loading washer and dryer add extra convenience.
Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig, 12-cup coffeemaker, toaster oven, and crockpot, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining table comfortably seats four, with barstools for additional seating at the counter. The open-concept living room, with a sleeper sofa and seating for nine, invites you to unwind with a flat-screen TV and a selection of board games, all while enjoying direct access to the oceanfront deck.
The primary bedroom suite features a king bed, private street-side deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with an ocean view, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV with cable, perfect for a restful night after a day on the beach. A second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently shared between the second bedroom and common areas. The Sandcastle is the perfect retreat for relaxation, comfort, and endless ocean views.

**Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted one parking space, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.
Area Attractions: Carolina Beach is a perfect family-friendly destination with a variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained. Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy!

"Awesome location. The condo itself needs a little maintenance, but it wasn’t bad — just not pristine. We thought it was odd that they didn’t provide hand soap in the bathrooms, and didn’t love having to strip the beds after paying a cleaning fee. In any event, we would stay there again."

"This was our 5th trip to Carolina Beach. We've stayed somewhere different each time and this has been our favorite! We loved the view from the balcony and the super easy beach access. It's perfectly located far enough from the boardwalk that it's peaceful and calm, but you're still close, and this stretch of beach hasn't suffered as much erosion as the end near the pier. The walk in shower made it easy to clean our kids up after the beach, and the King bed was comfortable and also convenient since we all end up in the same bed anyway. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Newly renovated - The property was newly renovated. It was convenient, clean and quiet. The walkway to the ocean has received storm damage and is closed. There is no beach access from the property. Public beach access is close by and we used that during our stay."

"Great place for a relaxing beach vacation - Great unit. The pictures of the deck don't quite do it justice. This is a top floor unit with fantastic views of the beach. The beach deck is very spacious (~ 8 x 16 feet?) with built in benches along the sides. There are also 3 chairs. We spent hours on this deck. The property was steps from the beach and was easy to get to the beach. The area is quite so there is plenty of space to spread out on the beach. The stove, microwave and oven, along with full sets of pots, pans and dishes made it simple to eat meals in if we didn't feel like going out to eat. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful property, well maintained!! Very convenient location to everything on the island and to the beach as well. The only thing I would comment on would be that the dryer tore a few clothes but we solved that by washing and leaving the clothes out to dry. Short walk to the beach and a hose to was your feet off after a long day at the beach. We LOVED our stay and will come back next year!!!!"
