This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is part of a fantastic complex with two seasonal pools, two private beach walkways, and permitted parking for two cars, ensuring you have all the essentials for a comfortable and carefree stay.
Inside, Sand Pebbles B7 is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience. The living room features ocean views, seating for five, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. A flat-screen TV with cable, Blu-ray player, and complimentary Wi-Fi make it easy to stay entertained after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has all the tools you’ll need, from a flat-top stove to a 12-cup coffee maker, and the dining area comfortably seats four, with additional barstool seating for casual meals or snacks.
The condo’s two bedrooms provide cozy retreats, each with thoughtful touches. The master suite includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private access to the oceanfront deck with seating for five, where you can start your mornings with the sunrise over the water. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for families or friends. With central air, in-unit laundry, and a convenient hall closet, Sand Pebbles B7 ensures you have everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay at Carolina Beach.

Area Attractions: Carolina Beach is a perfect family-friendly destination with a variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained. Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy!
****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.
"Beautiful view - The condo does need some updates, but the view from our deck was worth it. We enjoyed watching the ocean each morning and evening from the the big oceanfront deck. The condo is close to everything you need. We were disappointed though that the private entrance to the beach and pool no longer locked. We did notice that people, who were not guests, were freely using the "private" beach entrance and pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time using this condo because of the beautiful view."
