Welcome to Your Oceanview Escape at Sand Pebbles! Nestled on the second floor of an oceanfront complex, this cozy condo offers the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the large private deck, complete with seating for six—a great spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the shore. With direct access to two seasonal pools and two beach access points, your time in the sun and surf is just steps away. Plus, the convenient location places you within walking distance of restaurants, the lake, and the Carolina Beach boardwalk.
Inside, you'll find an inviting living space with ocean views, a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV with cable and Blu-Ray for family movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, a panini press, and a George Foreman grill, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area offers seating for four at the table and two at the bar, creating the perfect setting for enjoying meals with loved ones. A washer, dryer, and ironing facilities add convenience to your stay.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, ocean views, a private ensuite bathroom, and a desk for those needing to check in with work. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. With parking for two vehicles (parking passes required) and access to Carolina Beach's vibrant attractions, this delightful condo is ready to make your beach memories unforgettable!

Area Attractions: Carolina Beach is a perfect family-friendly destination with a variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained. Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy! ****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.
"The condo was great and the location for the price was awesome! Our only drawbacks were the mattresses and pillows leave a lot to be desired and didn't make for comfortable sleep and the pool gate code didn't work consistently for us or other guests we met. Overall it was clean and nicely decorated and the location was perfect!"

"Really enjoyed our stay there at Sand Pebbles C14.. check in with the key box was nice and easy everything was where it was supposed to be parking passes Wi-Fi info gate codes.. room was very nice clean and had everything that we needed. Everyone at CBR was very helpful to answer any questions that we had throughout our stay. Was a very quiet and relaxing swimming pool was nice and clean would definitely stay there again"

"Perfect location close to beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Only complaint was that they asked us to run dishwasher but didn’t supply dishwasher liquid. Make sure you bring dishwasher tabs and trash bags ☺️ Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location, description & pictures were accurate. Mattress needs to be replace like previous reviews so be prepared for springs poking you & squeakiness. Communication was very prompt and they do offer flexible check-in/check-out for $200 if needed (which is more than a nightly rate). They do offer starter kit of paper products, which is one toilet paper roll for two restroom so bring an extra roll for sure! We had bad weather the entire stay until check out day (4 nights/5 days) and the place only had 1 game & 1 puzzle."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here this past week and we loved it! It is a great distance from the beach and there are a couple places for food and dessert right across the street. There was a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very peaceful the whole stay we couldn’t hear anyone else around us in other condos. The only thing that stood out was just a little bit of a weird smell when we first arrived but opening the windows and balcony made it better! We would definitely consider staying here again!!"

"My family Vacay - Perfect location to Beach and other amenities. Within walking distance, just across the street, from great restaurants. Short walk, .7 miles to amusement rides and more restaurants. Our condo was clean and had items we needed. There were no trash bags, but I brought some from home. No kid games, cards or such but, I brought from home as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Our family is growing, so this will not hold us all next year but I would stay again!"
