Boracay is a duplex (two sides) and is rentable as both sides combined. Or, each side can be rented separately as Boracay Upper or Boracay Lower.

A stunning open floor plan on the building’s second floor features 270-degree ocean views, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, fireplace, wet bar and two separate sitting areas to accommodate guests and a large flat screen television equipped with cable. The large oceanfront deck has wide-open views of the Kure Pier and allows private beach access leading to the white sand beach. Common areas on the top two floors (as well as most bedrooms) feature hardwood flooring. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances.

The ground floor could be a stand-alone unit. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and sufficient seating for all. The living/dining/kitchen areas are designed with an open floor plan which provides for a wonderful vacation environment for you and your family or friends. Walk right out your oceanfront door to the ground-level porch seating area with private beach access to enjoy Kure Beach’s white sandy beaches.
