"This location serves for a wonderful time and great location. 2 couples and two children stayed in the home for a joint family vacation. The only issue we incurred was the upstairs master bedroom, the mattress (or boxspring) was worn out, and this caused a big sag in the middle, my husband and I were fighting all night to stay out of the "hole" in the middle of the bed as to save our backs. We made use of the grill as well as the beach essentials provided and had a great time. would definitely consider staying there again, but hopefully with an upgraded mattress!"

"Excellent location! The rooms, kitchen, and dining area are spacious. My family loved everything about this house, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is nearby, along with numerous great restaurants. We definitely want to return! Thank you!"

"Beautiful Home! - This home was everything that I was looking for. First, it was steps away from the beach, has enough parking for multiple cars, & very clean from top to bottom. I was also pleased with all of the amenities there to offer in the home, cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. Don’t hesitate to visit. FYI: The only thing that I would suggest to the property owner, the shower heads in the master shower doesn’t give much pressure. Small & fixable 🤗"

"Nice beach house. Love the location and the beach supplies. Communication was great. Living room TV kept dropping connection. Would have appreciated a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom instead of just 1 roll for all 3 bathrooms. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Would've been nice to have a small sweeper for the living room area rug.

"Perfect for group of 8 adults - This is a great, large house around the corner from local beach access and near a fun restaurant with an outdoor Tiki bar. The rental company was very responsive when I called to help ensure the cleanliness of the house, receive more linens, and manage an early check-in and late check-out.
The kitchen is well stocked and we also used the charcoal grill. The outdoor shower was a fun bonus to the other bathrooms as well. Our group really enjoyed staying here"

"Girls Weekend - Great house, nice location and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our girls weekend there. I would however caution future renters to be mindful when booking regarding the check out and in times, we payed a lot of money to stay there but didn't even spend 48 hours there with the check in and out times. This is not at any fault to the owners, but this rental is run by Carolina Beach Realty and due to the fact that they are running a business there is little flexibility in times unless you pay. The house was great, but I will probably not rent again through Carolina Beach Realty. I find it more convenient to rent through and deal with specific owners as there is more flexibility with fees, check in/out times, etc."

"We had a fantastic time! The house was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach--such an easy walk. The house was terrific. It was so clean when we got there. Great set up. We cooked most nights and were surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, cookware, dishes etc..The beds were comfortable! We took advantage of the beach supplies-chairs, toys. The hot water tank went out during a storm, and I called the emergency number and within 5 minutes they had called back and sent someone to fix it. We all loved this place. We will come back again. It was an amazing vacation."

Every single one of my guests enjoyed the kitchen as we had our family dinners. I couldnt be anymore happier with how well the house was taken care of prior to our arrival.
