"This is a review of Carolina Beach Realty. We rented a house for a family reunion that was split down the middle and had two sides, a North side and South side. Both sides of the house were identically equipped and were clean upon arrival. After a couple of days, it became apparent that the North house side had some A/C issues. A few days later, the same happened to the South house. In both situations, we called Carolina Beach Realty in the morning and they were super responsive and fixed the issues *by the end of the same day.* That's great customer service and it was appreciated. Any company that can resolve issues quickly like that has my favor and we'll certainly consider them again when renting in Carolina Beach."

"Great place to stay! only a couple of issues with washing machine and dryer. There was something in the water that turned our white clothes brown and the dryer wasnt drying clothes very well. it took about 3 rounds to completely dry the clothes."

"We had a wonderful experience at Dolphin Run. The 1 or 2 small issues we had were addressed quickly, effectively and pleasantly. House was well stocked, clean and as presented. My star rating is a 4+, and the only reason it is not a full 5 stars is because it is a Saturday to Saturday rental which is the worst. Wish more people would do Fri. to Fri. or Sun to Sun or Mon to Mon. traffic would be sooooooo much easier. Very pleasant vacation and a pleasant experience with Carolina Beach Realty."

"Check in was contactless and super easy, upon arrival the home was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home, we were surprised to find a crockpot which was a great asset to us as we could start it in the morning and go out for the day at the beach and come back to a meal ready. The view was amazing and we were located within walking distance to many activities and restaurants in the area including the boardwalk which has rides, live music and fireworks every Thursday. Contact with the owner was as simple as a quick text with almost immediate reply. Definitely recommend!!!! And definitely plan to return for family vacations. 💕"

Construction going on next to the restaurant next door which takes out the sidewalk for a good portion of the walk to town but should be finished soon. Would highly recommend this beautiful home. Carolina Beach Realty made it easy and the house was clean when we arrived, nothing to do but enjoy it!"

We loved the convenience of our location and we were within walking distance to a lot of places to eat.
