"My family has been using CB Realty for 25 years or so when visiting off and on. We hadn’t been there in 10 years or so, and now, rather than having just the wife, two kids and I, we have added a son in law and a daughter in law. These fine folks were super helpful in helping us choose a condo with bed arrangements that worked for us. The condo was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed and a little more. We always feel like celebrities when we visit. Give them a try next time you want to book a place."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach! The rental property lived up to our expectations and more. We loved the convenience of our location and we were within walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Having our own separate storage room was a huge bonus and made things a lot easier with being able to store our beach stuff. We had such a great time and will definitely be back."

"We stayed in KURE Beach through Carolina Beach Realty. Large house that accommodated 17 ppl. It was clean and nothing shy of what I expected. We did have an issue with the elevators which the staff was polite and sent someone in a timely manner to resolve the issue. Elevators in the house sounded rickety which I am unsure if this is a residential thing ( I have only used public elevators). The rental was just as shown on the website in the pictures posted. No complaints overall!"

Needed saucepans. Realty company brought those to us. We had to purchase muffin pan and frying pans. Unit needs more cookware Could use dresser for storage in first floor bedroom First floor bathroom could use small storage unit Would be nice to have more towels and washcloths for the week Would be nice to have hangers"

"Review left Aug 2022. This was a perfect beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a little light cooking while on vacation. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs and towels as those were all provided! And, so close to the beach a very easy walk. "

"PermaGrin on Kure Beach cannot be topped! And Carolina Realty made it easy and stress free to reserve this property even before the schedule and fees had been posted for this year. Multiple helpful texts and emails for check in/out. They even delivered a bicycle pump to us on Memorial Day so we could ride the bikes. This is our 5th year renting a beach house on Carolina/Kure Beach and this house is by far above and beyond the best house ever and worth every penny!! Gorgeous, spacious house. Quality and tasteful finishings. Clean and welcoming. Everything worked like a charm - A/C, internet, kitchen appliances, furniture, laundry. Pool and beach chairs/umbrella/toys made the day. And bikes and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Oh, and the fire tables and garage parking and location and the list goes on and on. What a house! We had 10 people in the house and it still felt spacious. Can’t wait to return!!"

"Southpark by the Sea was a terrific little get-away. The unit was very clean and spacious. So close to the beach, too. Amenities were great and the unit was in walking distance to everything! Never needed to get back into the car until leaving! Great place and would definitely go back! Thanks!"

"We had a wonderful weekend at our beautiful beach house celebrating our daughter’s college graduation! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Dining options were delicious numerous - just be aware there is very little free parking before 5pm in KB and before 8pm at CB. Thanks for providing a great place for such a special weekend!"

"The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was very helpful and informative. The house we stayed in was great, clean and had many comforts from home. Kure Beach was undergoing beach nourishment so we only had 2 of the 6 days available for direct beach access from our beach house. We were informed a few days before our arrival date that our direct beach access maybe reduced for 24-48 hours, but was very disappointed that it was entirely closed for the remainder of our stay. Awaiting response from home owner. Planning on booking annual return trips to the same beach house in the future."

"I have used this company for a few years now when renting out a place to stay at the beach. I’ve done it all online and it was super easy and if I had any problem or questions the people that work at the company are super great about answering any worries I had! I love the guest portal that they send to you with so much information to help you out on your stay. All of our rentals have been super clean, great locations and accommodated us all for every event. (We eloped the last time we stayed!) I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to rent anything for your beach vacations!! 😊"
