Boracay Upper is one side of a duplex (two sides). It can be rented as one side, or as a "whole". To rent both sides of the property, visit the property page called Boracay. Please note, because this property is a duplex some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.

Boracay Upper is a spacious and beautiful oceanfront vacation rental that comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests. Occupying the top two floors of a three-story home, this property offers breathtaking ocean views, direct beach access, and plenty of space for large groups. The open-concept second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating the perfect setting for entertaining. Step outside onto the oceanfront deck, furnished with tables and chairs, where you can relax, dine, or take in the panoramic views of Kure Beach.

Inside, you'll find seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding, flat-screen TVs with Roku, and private or shared bathrooms. The master suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, private oceanfront deck, sunroom, and en-suite bathroom. Other bedrooms offer queen, twin, and king beds, plus extra sleeper sofas and trundle beds, making it easy to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, an elevator, a laundry room, gas and charcoal grills, and a large driveway with parking for multiple vehicles.
