I loved the layout of this house. The kids stayed in the lower level and the adults up high. This was the first vacation I was able to read a book with young kids! We had an issue with the washing machine having mold. We bought the products and cleaned it out because we had been traveling but the company did send someone out to look at it the same day. There were little issues that we had, such as misquotes breeding in the outside shower and by the entrance door. There were also a lot of bugs on the porch at night that gave us the ick and the fruit flies were bad. There were little things like we constantly ran out of forks , the comforters all had stains and none of the soap dispensers had enough soap in them. After buying bug traps and some soap the vacation was nice. We liked the location and how every room had a view.- Posted: 8/4/2024

Love this beach house
This beach house was enjoyed during our family stay.. The beach house was cleaned and all furnishings were up to date. The elevator assisted greatly with bringing up from the vehicles.It was plenty of room and the view of the beach was phenomenal.- Posted: 11/12/2023

The Weed/Sorrells Clan
My family (consisting of myself, husband, 3 adult kids, and our 2 dogs), along with other family members immensely enjoyed our 2 week stay in Dock Holiday. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, the views of both the ocean and sound were amazing, and the elevator made everything so much easier! Dock Holiday suited our needs perfectly, and I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Great property for a Carolina beach getaway!
The property was clean and everything was in place for us to unpack and begin enjoying the beach. The proximity to the Boardwalk was great and allowed us to enjoy all of the shops and restaurants we love. Also the elevator was great help for family members that cannot walk up lots of steps. It also provides easy access to the beach with two close access points just steps away from the front door. Overall, the entire family was pleased with the space for everyone to have their own room, relax and be close to all of the things we enjoy about being at Carolina Beach.- Posted: 5/10/2021
