Both the expansive new deck, complete with cable railing, and the cozy sunroom offer panoramic scenes for endless enjoyment. The private, oversized floating boat dock can accommodate up to two boats or serve as a perfect spot for relaxing, thanks to the no-wake zone. For pet lovers, the property also features a large, newly fenced yard, making it ideal for dogs to play freely.

Inside, the home is equipped with modern conveniences, ensuring a comfortable stay. Central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an EV charger (available upon request) are just some of the amenities included. Guests can also enjoy canal views, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and dock access for easy boating adventures. Perfect Christmas vacation! Our family (2 adults, 2 young children and 1 dog) absolutely loved the house. Our favorite place was sitting in the sunroom and watching the dolphins, birds, and boats. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook meals for the entire week, including a mixer to make chocolate chip cookies! Our family LOVES puzzles and we knew this was the perfect home for us after learning the owners left us with a challenge to finish a puzzle. All of us helped and quickly completed it. I hope they continue this challenge and provide more puzzles for future renters. The home is not completely toddler poof and you will find a few items that need to quickly be put up, but it only takes a minute. The bathroom in the master bath has a tub with a handheld shower, which was perfect for young kids. The only negative thing I have to report about the home is the fenced yard. Three sides have a high privacy fence, but the side with the water is only a few feet tall. Kids and pets can easily jump on it and walk on the ledge, so you will want to watch them closely. The property management company was great to work with. They provided adequate communication. We needed to reach out to them about something when their office was closed and they responded the next day. Thank you for providing us a wonderful Christmas.

Paradise on the Bay!

Absolutely amazing spot on the bay! The kitchen and living room look out thru the beautiful sunroom(all windows/sliders) onto the deck , dock and bay. We were there mid November- the beach-3 blocks away) was chilly but perfect for walks. The large back deck with couch and cushioned chairs,giant umbrella-and grill isperfect- sunsets, boat watching ,bird watching.. floating dock is great, would hang out down there and let our vizsla swim. Full kitchen was great-nice appliances -has everything u need. Dinging table, 3 couches in living room all stylish and clean, sun room also very clean and couches seem new. Well decorated and spacious. Bed rooms as advertised—comfy beds Both showers had excellent water pressure and nice and hot. Driveway easy parking, really nice neighborhood for walks. 2blocks north on bay - great dog swimming little park. Beach was beautiful, great bar /food 10 minute walk at fishing pier. Just north of pier the beach is remote /oeaceful -great 30 minute walk to end if beach at inlet(beautiful) In the mornings -20 minute walk to north end cafe/mini market for Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches . AMAZING PROPERTY! My wife and I are going to return next year and bring my daughter and her husband!

This place is a treasure—it’s added to my favorites list. The place is so peaceful. The inside is comfy and cute. The outside is gorgeous, with incredible wildlife and an enchanting nautical feel and channel activity. All indoor and outdoor spaces focus on the water, the sky, the birds, and the boats. Great setup for dogs - the full fence made it carefree for me. The kitchen is good (well equipped but needs a knife block.) Bedrooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Just can’t express how great the living spaces were. The temperature range was wide all week so it was great to have all options - cozy living room, great sunroom, and awesome deck. I’m sure it’s fine for summer too, but I love good off-season finds, and this peaceful neighborhood, quiet mood, and slow tempo could not be beat. There are adorable touches from the owner, and Carolina Beach Realty is a pleasure to work with. I truly needed a quiet, lovely place to regroup and I feel so fortunate to have found Dolphin Point.

Beautiful views from the back porch, sunroom,kitchen eating space and living room! Windows all the way around overlooking the inter coastal waterway! Very peaceful and relaxing! Appreciated the large shade umbrella on back deck to enjoy the deck all day long! Master bedroom had a king bed which was awesome! Location to beach and restaurants was great!!

One of our favorite AirBnB’s ever! Do not hesitate on booking this property! The sunroom and deck overlooking the water is truly heaven, we spent all of our time out there. The house is super clean, has all of the amenities needed and is just a short walk to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and things to do around, however, we spent so much time at the house because of how beautiful and peaceful it is. There is plenty of seating throughout the house and we were extremely comfortable there. We cannot wait to book again!
