The place was lovely and in general we really enjoyed our stay. We were locked out at the beginning because the keypads did not work. The guy who came to fix them seemed to know that this was a regular problem with those doors, so it seems like the problem should’ve been addressed when it was known that it was a problem. Also, the unit was not well stocked with the kinds of supplies that we have come to expect from other rental options. For instance, there was no toilet paper in some bathrooms, there was no soap, there was no shampoo or conditioner or hairdryer, there were no paper towels or tissues, there was no dish soap, the kitchen towels were inadequate. It would have been nice to at least have advance notice that we needed to bring those supplies. Because in my experience VRBO and Airbnb properties are always equipped with those supplies, it makes me a little hesitant to go this route again. Otherwise it was great and I feel like we had good service from your office.- Posted: 12/30/2024

Beautiful ocean view

This was our family’s first vacation after our mom passed away.
The house met all our physical needs as one of our family members was handicapped. The rooms were large enough to accommodate wheelchairs if needed. The master bath was able to be walked in. A recommendation would be a grab bar and optional shower seat).
The elevator was easy to use and reached the areas needed.
The kitchen was large and had the needed equipment.
It was ideal for our family!

Overall, this place was awesome. Really spacious for a large family. Great location - access to the beach was awesome and it was super close to the carnival/arcade/restaurants. We did have a few issues with the AC and the elevator, but they sent out a maintenance crew same day. Very responsive.- Posted: 9/2/2024
