This 11th-floor oceanfront condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, central heat and air, and parking for two cars, along with access to a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and shared beach access. Relax on the oceanfront deck with seating or take advantage of the charcoal grills for a seaside cookout. Inside, the condo features a spacious living area with an ocean view, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a dedicated workspace with a second monitor.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for six, a kitchen bar with seating for three, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a blender, and more. The master suite boasts ocean views, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a king bed with a street view, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, both sharing a bathroom with the common area. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron, and beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and toys, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing beach getaway.

Parking is located across the street from Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. With 5 adults and 3 children, everyone had a comfortable place to rest their head at night. The view of the ocean was beautiful, especially in the morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. The house was very accommodating with all the necessary items needed to enjoy our trip. We enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach, especially at Pelican Watch. Being on the 11th floor, you get to see several Pelicans flying by throughout the day. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again. Thanks for being so accommodating.

Great time.

We went when Hurricane Debbie was on its way. We never felt unsafe or worried about being without power. The only issue we had was that we couldn't figure out how to work the tvs. The directions in the binder were a little confusing but we brought board games to keep us occupied. Everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of extras. Laundry room was a plus! Lots of extra things to use in the closets. Beds are firm- which we all enjoyed!!!! Plenty of space.
But- let’s talk about the most comfortable thing- those rockers on the balcony are FANTASTIC !!!! I could have sat out there all day! Best balcony furniture I’ve ever had at the beach!

Awesome Space

This property had amazing views with a great balcony the length of the condo. The furniture, bedding and decor was great. Looked as if it had recently been painted, decorated and new fixtures. The kitchen was well stocked as were extras like beach chairs, games, binoculars, lots of extra towels, two types of coffee pots and lots more. This was an easy place to enjoy the beach and it’s amazing views. Our grandkids loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Couldn’t beat the 4th fireworks from the balcony! We’ll certainly be back next year!! Thanks for the great condo and amenities.
