The condo was great and the location for the price was awesome! Our only drawbacks were the mattresses and pillows leave a lot to be desired and didn't make for comfortable sleep and the pool gate code didn't work consistently for us or other guests we met. Really enjoyed our stay there at Sand Pebbles C14.. check in with the key box was nice and easy everything was where it was supposed to be parking passes Wi-Fi info gate codes.. room was very nice clean and had everything that we needed. Everyone at CBR was very helpful to answer any questions that we had throughout our stay. Perfect location close to beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Only complaint was that they asked us to run dishwasher but didn’t supply dishwasher liquid. Make sure you bring dishwasher tabs and trash bags ?? Would definitely stay here again!- Posted: 6/4/2023

Great location, description & pictures were accurate. Mattress needs to be replace like previous reviews so be prepared for springs poking you & squeakiness. Communication was very prompt and they do offer flexible check-in/check-out for $200 if needed (which is more than a nightly rate). They do offer starter kit of paper products, which is one toilet paper roll for two restroom so bring an extra roll for sure! We had bad weather the entire stay until check out day (4 nights/5 days) and the place only had 1 game & 1 puzzle.- Posted: 5/29/2023

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past week and we loved it! It is a great distance from the beach and there are a couple places for food and dessert right across the street. There was a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very peaceful the whole stay we couldn’t hear anyone else around us in other condos. The only thing that stood out was just a little bit of a weird smell when we first arrived but opening the windows and balcony made it better! Nice clean rental, no issues other than got wrong code for lockbox, got new code but no specific instructions on how to enter code, but figured it out.

My family Vacay
Perfect location to Beach and other amenities. Within walking distance, just across the street, from great restaurants. Short walk, .7 miles to amusement rides and more restaurants. Our condo was clean and had items we needed. There were no trash bags, but I brought some from home. No kid games, cards or such but, I brought from home as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Our family is growing, so this will not hold us all next year but I would stay again!- Posted: 7/15/2022
