I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lake 'N Sea condo! The property was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and the dedicated parking spot under the house was an invaluable feature, especially during rainy days. The staff truly went above and beyond, checking in upon my arrival and several times throughout my stay to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely rent this property again in the future. Highly recommend!

Condo was wonderful! Very very clean, very well stocked, cute and cozy! Perfect for a couple or small family! Right next to the beach and a great little lake with a walk way all around it! Very centralized to restaurants, coffee, and groceries. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great place for 2 people. Very well maintained and clean unit, including the parking area. Very comfortable open floor plan is nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved the oceanview balcony. Conveniently located near restaurants and Boardwalk. Short walk to beach access. Realty company was easy to work with. We look forward to renting this unit again.

Love CB. Perfect weather. Perfect location. Condo had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find out that there were chairs and a small table for the back balcony as we love sitting out there in the evening counting cars and watching the folks strolling around the lake. The woman upstairs can be a bit noisy at times, but we know her, so we deal with it. Everyone has to go to bed at some point don't they? haha. The only thing we had an issue with was we absolutely could not get the ceiling fan in the living room to work, I think maybe the batteries in the remote may have been bad. I would like to make one small suggestion, possibly on the back sliding glass door add some window tint. I think it would definitely cut down on the amount of heat that room gets even with the drapes closed all day. Otherwise, 5+ stars....Ohhh and Carolina Beach Realty makes the entire process super easy.

We were looking for a condo for our fall vacation at Carolina Beach. It is a frequented location of ours, the family used to have a condo on the canal but since selling, we needed to find something suitable for a week at the beach. Check in was seamless and the property was very clean. This location is on the 2nd floor if you don’t mind a couple flights of steps. Entering the property, there is a balcony with a partial ocean view, it’s nice because it’s an end unit, allowing more of a breeze to sit out and relax. There is a trunk on the porch with several beach items, like an umbrella and a couple of chairs. The inside is nice and spacious with a full kitchen for making breakfast, but if you don’t feel like cooking there are numerous places within walking distance to get breakfast or lunch or even dinner. Not a far walk from the boardwalk either! My husband is a runner so he found the lake right out in front was his best bet for his daily 5k lol! Would definitely come back to this spot in the future. Cons: the hot water had a strong sulfur smell to it at first, but either it dissipated or we just got used to it, either way it wasn’t terrible. We mentioned it to the property manager and they offered for maintenance to come in but we didn’t bother. Also the bedroom was night and quiet until the last two nights, either a new renter or the owner was back in town to the unit 3A (the unit above) and they are definitely up till 2am every night. Not just up watching tv or doing anything normal, they were moving furniture above us for hours. And had very heavy footsteps back and forth until they finally settled in. We thought nothing of it until they did it again the second night. Just moving furniture. So strange. So this place may not be the best for light sleepers, or baby’s. Lol

This is a lovely property just right for a few days for my husband and me. It is very easy to walk to the beach & town. The condo is very well appointed, stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the best beach condo we’ve ever rented, and I plan on reserving it again. The check-in was easy, the location was everything, the place was immaculate, comfortable furniture, and mattress, AMAZING balconies, fully stocked kitchen utensils, plenty of hooks to hang towels on outside and in the bathroom….. I could go on and on. My husband and I had the best weekend and we are already looking forward to coming again! The BEST!

Awesome apartment for the price! You can’t beat it! Across the street from the beach and an access point, walking distance to the boardwalk and a beautiful view of a pond from the bedroom, loved watching the sunsets from there. Will definitely save this one for future use!

The place is amazing. Clean, elegant, lots of lights, decor. Kitchen is the best. If you will be doing cooking there, just bring the food. They have everything, even deep frier. Balcony on each side is nice. 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to carolina beach attractions. Lake across is great to go for a walk. Parking is fine but we only had one car. If you need more parking you will have hard time finding one close to the place. Bed is just OK, not great. Nice design of the place as you walk through the only door and into the balcony and only after you get into your living room. Very smart as you leave your shoes and dirty staf from the beach there keeping the house free of sand.
