Cute home in a great location. Nice waterfront view. We saw two cockroaches and some ants during our 3 night stay. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes well and smelled bad. Make sure to note that many amnesties are not provided; we needed to buy extra paper towel, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Other than that the place was really great, checking in/out was easy.- Posted: 9/3/2024

This is a location where we definitely would return. View was killer, very spacious. It's a duplex. . It was very clean. Front facing canal is all glass and view is really spectacular. Took a while for us to realize and find the power blinds that lower across entire front for nighttime privacy. Nothing is posted inside the unit about blinds, cable tv, etc. Beds were very comfortable too. We really did enjoy our stay. Looking back, there were only three of us for a mini 3 nighter and I do feel like the addtl fees are somewhat excessive. Could be in line with everything else in the area but there were no crowds, kids have gone back to school, definitely not high season.- Posted: 8/22/2024

We really enjoyed our stay. The value for the money was by far the best part. It’s a big place with a water view and a dock for a very reasonable price. The beds had to be brand new because they were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. The management company was very friendly and helpful. And the description and instructions were accurate and helpful. One negative is that they need an exterminator. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen (we had to throw away some food) and it was in another review too. And unfortunately we saw at least 10 cockroaches. It had just rained a lot, so it’s not concerning, but should be addressed by a professional exterminator. But we loved the place and would definitely book again in the future! Great Time
We enjoyed our stay here. Please was nice, clean and well kept. Just like the pictures. We had 4 adult girls and didn't have any problems. Plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, glassware, bowls... This is the first place that cleans out everything like spices, trash bags...we had to bring everything but it tells you that. no worries. beds were comfortable. Easy walk to beach or to downtown Carolina Beach. Loved being on the sound side to watch the boats. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and watching the boats go by. Beautiful inner coastal view
This was a nice rental that was perfect for the 4 of us. I initially thought this was an entire house, but realized this was a shared/split house after rented.
