Great view and Location, subpar management
View and the location are awesome. Dog friendly was great! Virginia did a great job making sure the property was clean. Management was not communicative or helpful during our stay— the shower didn’t drain, beds were uncomfortable and towels were really old and gross. We loved our stay! The parking was confusing, as it was not communicated clearly that there is a 1 car only rule for the unit per Carolina Beach Realty. In addition, the parking pass was missing-although CBR was quick to respond and help problem solve.
Aside from parking, the view was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as depicted in the listing. Everything was clean, with the exception of some dishes with residue.
It was a walkable distance from the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants.- Posted: 9/15/2024

We loved our stay! The location was perfect. I wanted an ocean front view to be able to sip coffee out on the porch and listen to the ocean, plus an easy walk to the beach and pool for the kids. And this place delivered! Also super close to walk to dinner places.
Parking is confusing - there are clear instructions *inside* the condo, but of course you don’t see those until after you first need to park! In short, it’s stacked parking. If you feel like you’re blocking someone in, you’re doing it right. There’s a pass inside that you put in your window plus add your phone number so guests can contact you if needed. We actually ended up parking in a spot by the pool so never had to worry about it after the first night.- Posted: 9/8/2024

Beautiful holiday on the beach!
We had a beautiful holiday on Carolina Beach. The place was clean and well equipped for a long vacation. There is a little noise from the floor above, mostly when travelers used luggage with wheels but overall fairly peaceful.- Posted: 1/5/2024
