Welcome to Dunes I A1 - Seas The Day, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering a cozy, coastal retreat with private beach access and breathtaking oceanfront views. Nestled on the second floor, this bright and inviting unit features complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and parking for one vehicle. Begin your days on the spacious oceanfront deck with seating for six, where you can sip your morning coffee as you take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline, or fire up the charcoal grill for a beachside barbecue as the sun sets over the waves.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig for coffee lovers. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it easy to gather for meals or a game night. The living room offers cozy seating for three and a flat-screen TV with cable, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. Conveniently located in the common area bathroom, the washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

The primary suite provides a relaxing escape with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a stand-up shower, and views of the peaceful street below. The second bedroom features both a full-size and a twin bed, as well as a ceiling fan for added comfort. This room shares a bathroom with the common area, complete with a tub/shower combo. ****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted ONE parking space, and Parking Passes are required. Space for 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and only available in a first-come-first-served basis. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than one vehicle or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking pass.

Great location

Great location with easy access to first floor. Just steps to the ocean and wonderful porch. Great restaurants near by. Parking is tight but wasn't a big issue as there was only one other family in building.

The location couldn’t be better. It is beautiful and close enough to everything. The condo is toddler friendly enough (bring your own toys and child proofing equipment), basically on the beach and has parking on the premises. There is no elevator but we were on the first floor so it wasn’t a problem.

View was incredible very private as well enjoyed it a lot, the only thing that I would say that I noticed was a bit of a smell coming from the garbage disposal side of the sink we had the balcony door open most of time so we didn’t notice it too much but when we first arrived and when we were picking up to leave and had it closed up we noticed it but other then that would definitely come back here

Great stay would stay again

Absolutely amazing only complaint I have is there was a little smell coming from the garage disposal side of the sink but we didn’t really notice it because we had the door open to the beach but if you close it up it you’ll notice but I mean such a small complaint everything else from communicating with the property managers and the general cleanliness of the property was awesome

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is our third time staying now and every time has been a great experience. Very clean, has all our needs, much more private than a hotel, perfect for our kids, and a very short walk to put you right on the beach. Can't wait until our next visit!

A fairly average property at a high price point, which is on par for the area.
You are essentially paying for the location, which really can't be beat. You are literally steps away from the beach and the ocean.
You are just far enough away from any major commercial development but not too far away for dining, groceries, etc.
FYI, this property is owned and managed (well, no complaints there!) by a property management company, so if you're looking for the personal charm and communication of a typical AirBnB, you're not going to find it here.

Our stay was very nice. Location was excellent. About 2 days in the keypad/lock on the door was not letting us in. After a call to Carolina Beach Realty, they were able to help remotely unlock the door. Then they sent their maintenance service to fix the lock so we did not have to worry about the lock sticking again during our stay. All was done in less than an hour. We appreciate their immediate response and help with this situation. Bathrooms were generally clean but showers could have been better cleaned. Over all a very good place.

Perfect setting

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Perfect for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and clean. Right on the beach, balcony was delightful in the evenings. Tiki bar only a few steps down the beach and short walk or drive to lots of eateries.

The only thing that was not perfect was the stairwell of the building. Everything else was great. The apartment was cute, clean in a great location. Even the weather was perfect.

literally steps from the beach!! great balcony for relaxing. parking can be tight, although it is stated that there is only one space per unit. close walk to my faves, the Tiki Bar and the Veggie Wagon !

We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time renting ocean front (we've always done 1 or 2 rows back), and with the kids... WOW, what a difference. Nothing beats the convenience of being able to walk down one flight of stairs and strait to the the sand. Parking is a dream, including being able to unload / load right at the stairs. There's a lockable storage closet on the ground level, great for stashing chairs / coolers / etc so you don't have to drag them up and down every day. Walking distance to just about everything you need (including coffee shops, restaurants, beach shops, ice cream, bait and tackle, etc) and really short driving distance to grocery stores, walmart, etc for all of those "oops we forgot" things. The condo itself is great, but nothing compares to having a furnished porch overlooking the water. Private bathroom in the master bedroom and second hall bathroom next to the second bedroom, kitchen furnished with newer appliances which were all very clean upon arrival. taking a nap on the overstuffed couch with the screen door open and the sound of the waves in the background is a dream come true. We had one small maintenance issue (one of the posts on the railing was loose. only an issue because we have a 3 year old!) and within an hour of calling about it, someone was at the door to fix it! All inquiries to the office were answered promptly and professionally. Check in is a breeze with keyless entry and text confirmations. As some of the reviews mentioned, there are some uneven spots on the floor which weren't an issue for us, but may be for someone with mobility issues. Not a knock against the property as there's not a whole lot you can do about it, more of a heads up. Thanks, Seas The Day, for a GREAT getaway! We're already looking for dates for next year!

Beach, beach, beach

This place is all about the beach. It’s right on it! The balcony is so close it’s like being on it. The walk to the beach is very short and when we weren’t on it we were out on the balcony enjoying it. Nice clean space. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a place on the beach.
