"I know they have a few properties, so this is for "cozy Kure," the pink house next to Ft. Fisher. There was plenty of amenities! kitchen utensils, dishes, and appliances. We didn't use them because we hadn't planned on that, but anything we would need was available. There were towels and extra blankets & pillows. I always bring my own conditioner and soap, so not having any doesn't bother me. And as far as the TP and paper towels, we had 6 people and didn't use all of it in 2 days, so it was just right, even tho there was a spare roll in each bathroom. The pool was very clean and although it was cold the 1st day, it warmed up a little on Saturday - but we used the hot tub too! The remote in the master bedroom needs new batteries, but having a TV in just about every room is great for large groups! This was definitely a great place to stay, and SO close to the beach!"

"The house was in a great location, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the book of menus for local restaurants! I would recommend replacing the cookware because the pans all had old, scratched Teflon, which is very toxic to cook with. Additionally, the bunk bed needs to be replaced. There were plenty of rooms and sleeping options, so we didn't need that bed. But we had planned to put 2 kids on it and it was very creaky and seemed unstable, so we didn't feel safe having the kids sleep there. While these two issues didn't impact our enjoyment of our stay, if they are addressed, we'd definitely come back. "

"Excellent stay despite the crazy weather. House was very clean. Great beach location. My only complaint is that I received a text stating if the house was done earlier, we could enter earlier than 4 PM. We arrived at 3:20PM house was cleaned however we never received a text for early entrance until 4 PM when our code worked. "

"Great place to stay. We had 2 families with us and there was plenty of room. Hosts are super responsive as we had a small hot tub issue. The spa guy came and It was completely resolved within a couple hours while we were on the beach enjoying our day. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend."

"A great family getaway - Excellent location with short walk to the beach. The back yard grill, pool, and hot tub provided a safe space for rest and relaxation. The large family room shared open space with the dining and kitchenette which was constantly used by all nine of us. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds in quiet space away from the central core. We parked 4 cars on the property."

Hot tub was great. Didn’t use the pool since it was March but it’s nice and the patio in the back is great.
Wonderful experience with Carolina Realty. Had a problem with a shower and they sent someone right away to fix it. Would definitely use them again!

"A Quiet Stay - My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Kure. While there were some minor issues with cleaning and supplies, we appreciated that these concerns were promptly addressed by the management team. Overall, the rental was in excellent condition and provided all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One highlight of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere; the rental's location ensured that we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation. In addition, the pool, Jacuzzi, and hammock provided lovely opportunities for relaxation and unwinding. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, as it allowed for convenient access to the shoreline for a quick dip in the ocean. We also found the outdoor shower to be particularly useful after returning from a day at the beach. "My wife’s 60th Birthday - Friends family and grand kids! Had an incredible experience. My son dialed in Jupiter on a very clear night with the telescope and we were able to actually able see the rings!! Comfortable beds, ample cooking utensils, plenty of room! thanks for a very nice place to celebrate the best mom, wife and friend anyone could wish for! The neighbor came over and told us not to park in her driveway? We were clearly in Cozy Kure territory but, oh well, some people just have to be that way I guess!! Amazing time overall!!!!"

It’s an easy drive to the Kure beach pier for fishing and all of the shops and restaurants in Carolina Beach .We got to come back to the quiet of Cozy Kure ! "Perfect house and location for families. Highly recommend and hoping to come back! - My family and I had the best time here. The house is a block away from the beach and near a public beach access. The pool and hot tub needed some TLC, but with 1 phone call someone was there to work on it within an hour. Minutes away from fort fisher and aquarium. Also, the decks are amazing. Views all around. Coffee on the front porch in the morning and book reading under the trees in the afternoon."

"Cute and great location - Super cute house, plenty of room for several people. great decks, nice pool (though too cold for us to venture in this time of year) and hot tub. the beach is a short walk across the street. for you bikers and runners, the road provides a great path to the end of the peninsula and back!"

"This house is just what we needed for our adult/couples getaway. All the bedrooms were used and everyone complimented how comfortable the bedding was (even the bunk bed full bed had a brand new mattress - we saw the old one had just been replaced)! The kitchen was really well-equipped for the meals we made in and there were a ton of restaurant options within 7-8 minutes drive. The weather was perfect and the water was too (ocean and pool). The hot tub was an added bonus. Beach afternoons, led to pool and hot tub evenings. The golfers were happy that there were good choices for them within 20-30 minutes. The house was very clean, the company was great to work with and the house is perfect for large groups and families."

"We packed the house for our summer vacation trip (11 of us). The house had everything we needed. Loved the beach and the pool. There was definitely enough to keep the kids busy between the two. The house was very clean at checkin. All the beds were made with fresh sheets and there were towels (wrapped in plastic) in each bedroom and even some extras in the living room and in a bathroom - so plenty of fresh and clean towels. There were two beach carts for us to use and a bunch of beach items and chairs there for us to use and that was VERY convenient. Lots of lounges in the back by the pool too (and even a hammock on the deck!). The house was as advertised. Fresh, clean, modern. Great beds, great TVs, great internet/wifi. Loved the living room and kitchen setup. We are already planning our return for the same time next year."

"We had a great week at the Cozy Kure. You cant beat the location: so close to the beach, but away from the hugely populated portions of the public beach weve stayed in previous years. Having our own pool to use was a huge added bonus. The kids loved the outdoor shower (sometimes its the little things, right?). We made our own meals most nights, and we were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. It had everything we needed. All the pots and pans and utensils, not to mention the crockpot, air fryer and even an awesome Keurig. The couple of times we did go out, we were only a few minute drive to the restaurants in Carolina Beach. Overall, one of the best vacations we have had and definitely the best beach house we have ever stayed at."

"The house was clean and freshly painted when we arrived. You could tell a lot of work had recently been done to the house, and it looked even better than the pictures. We couldnt believe how close we were to the ocean. Wed just open the doors and windows and listen to the waves crash whenever we werent outside/at the beach. My wife and I definitely enjoyed our morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the front deck as the sun rose above the ocean (incredible). We also liked to hit the same spot at night to look at the stars and listen to the waves. Honestly, it would have been ok with me to never leave that spot! It was still too cool for the pool, but we all used the hot tub several times. Even the teenagers liked it. My only regret is not being able to use that pool/outdoor area as much as someone in the summer will. Maybe next trip will need to be in June/July/August. Great house, great deal, will definitely be back. Thanks for a great family vacation/get-away!"

We were not expecting all the updates and renovations. Everything is so fresh and new! We loved the new furniture and floors. The paint looks amazing. "We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Kure!! The kitchen had everything we needed to have home cooked meals. There was plenty of space inside the house, plus really great outdoor space!! We spent lots of time on the balconies watching the stars at night and the waves during the day (when we werent walking on the beach). The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and the hot tub was an added bonus for the adults at night. Beach access is a short walk and the beach chairs and cart were an added bonus!"

"The Cozy Kure was the perfect cure to our summer vacation! After a wild few months of COVID-19, we arrived at Cozy Kure in late June. We had a full house of 6 adults and 6 kids, but had plenty of room and lots of things to do to cure those COVID blues. The house was clean and had all the amenities youd need for a beach vacation. The ocean was so close! We made the one or two minute walk to the beach a couple times a day. We loved the provided chairs and beach cart. After some sun/beach/ocean time, we made our short walk back to the house and hit the outdoor shower and jumped right into the pool. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The hot tub was an added bonus. We will definitely be back."

"Cozy Kure was a good home for three families to social distance themselves. The house is supplied very well. The cleaning was great. The only issue we had was with the beer/beverage fridge on lowest level never really froze water bottles or kept beer very cold. Its an older model and probably been through several seasons of guests. The rooms are well kept and updated as appropriate. Beach access was good. Grateful for the extra cart wish there was handicap access to the beach but not the houses issue. Rental company was responsive and great to work with."
