"Great location and a nice condo for 2, comfortable bed, and fairly well-stocked kitchen. We will think twice before renting from this management agency again though. They didn't send instructions on how to get in, and were not very responsive with a couple of issues throughout our week-long stay, texting 8 hours after a request, 5 min before closing, and then saying " ..sorry but our office is now closed..." when I tried to text them back. Thankfully we figured out the issues ourselves and still enjoyed our stay. The balcony badly needed cleaning (we had to wash off the rust and dirt just to walk out there) and the balcony furniture needs replacing (3 of 4 pieces broken). One thing I found odd is they sent someone to change the air filter on the Thur of our stay with no notice. I was in the shower but my husband let them in and they changed it in the hallway just outside the bathroom. It was awkward and unnecessary. Would stay at Riggings but maybe not this unit or management company."

"The one thing that I would suggest is the air freshener when we first get there and for a few days while house was locked up. It was so overpowering we had to have both doors open for hours. Also the little carpets are filthy and stained. Tried to wash them but nothing changed. Update outdoor furniture. Also tall outdoor chairs "

"Cute spot right on the ocean - We had a great time. The location was super and the place was decorated really well. We enjoyed walks along the path right next door, that led to fort fisher another beautiful beach access spot. The water came right up (literally) to the unit. The only disappointment was that there was a broken chair on the balcony, so we couldnt eat our meals outside (which we like to do). We were also short on supplies, we had to run out and get more tp, there was 1 roll for a 5 day stay. And while it wasnt anything major, the cleanliness could have been improved. We found corn chips in the sofa along with items left behind by other guests (probably kids). We ended up rushing out, so hopefully we didn't leave anything behind ourselves. Overall it was a nice place and we had a great time. A solid 4/5 and on point value wise. Thanks."

"Loved this place. Its right on the beach so you can literally enjoy all parts of the beach from your own private balcony. Price was a bit expensive IMO (~$400/night especially given there is only one real bedroom) but sems to be the going rate especially for last minute trips. The furniture on the porch is breaking and needs to be replaced but other than that everything was great. Walkable distance to Fort Fisher which is great for walking by the ocean. We would choose this place again if the price was a bit lower (maybe the off season)."
