Sea La Vie is a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom pet-friendly home situated on the quiet North end of Carolina Beach. This charming single-family home is just a five-minute walk from the beach and within easy access to Freeman Park, making it perfect for beach lovers. Guests can unwind on the spacious deck or enjoy a family meal at the outdoor picnic table after a day in the sun. With parking for three vehicles, Sea La Vie offers ample space for guests and their pets to comfortably relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
This beachside retreat includes various outdoor amenities to enhance the vacation experience. A hammock and outdoor shower provide extra comfort, while a gas grill and picnic table make it easy to dine al fresco. Guests can also enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. The deck is a welcoming space with a cozy porch swing, four rocking chairs, and a ceiling fan, setting the scene for a laid-back evening with friends or family.
Inside, the home is fully equipped for a convenient stay. The kitchen features seating for six and is stocked with essentials, including a refrigerator, flat cooktop stove, microwave, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, toaster, and blender. The living room offers a large couch, love seat, and a 70” flat-screen Smart TV with cable, creating a comfortable entertainment space. A desk is also available for remote work or study. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. Additional features include a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a half bath conveniently located in the carport area.

"We rented this house off season for overflow guests one weekend. It is a charming little house with all of the amenities we needed, and was very clean. Bright, well-maintained, updated décor. The beds were excellent. Everyone that stayed there loved it. It's not oceanfront or oceanside, but it was peaceful/quiet/more private, and our guests appreciated that. Lots of parking. You can still walk or bike most places in CB."

"House was as described/as pictured, and made for a perfect short getaway stay for myself, my husband and our two dogs! Beds were made and plenty of towels were provided for just the two of us. Walk to public beach access was easy and only 5 or so minutes. The house itself was clean, and all appliances, TV, WiFi etc worked as intended. The location/street was peaceful and quiet but still very close to the beach and other close drivable attractions (the boardwalk, etc). The realty company was proactive with messages/instructions about the process. I would stay again Only downside and heads up for those with dogs are the burs in the yard, which may be unavoidable/unfixable. Both dogs had tons(like 10 or more each) in their paws we had to pick out night one after their first walk. Luckily there was an open area across the street with minimal burrs that we were able to walk them in as a solution, and they only got one here and there in that area. So for us the yard was essentially unusable"

"Great stay for a quick weekend getaway. The kitchen has most of the basics, but doesn’t have a lot of selection so it could be challenging to cook anything significant, we made out just fine. Be sure to bring all your own spices and paper products. Great location for a quick drive to Freeman Park and a very easy walk to the nearest beach access."

"Great location with views of the birds - We enjoyed our stay here. There is a great deck that has beautiful views of the marsh and birds. The home has a well equipped kitchen and a bbq grill that was convenient. There are huge tvs everywhere, and all of the sheets and towels you need. It is a bright, airy home and the appliances are all newer and work well. The listing said it had 1 1/2 baths, but there is only one full bathroom. The neighborhood is great to take your dog for a walk. Also, the neighbors seemed friendly and quiet."

"Granddaughter’s first trip to beach - Very nice rental , size is small but very nicely laid out, few things I would change or add such as maybe small table/ tables in the deck up top, a larger microwave and updated gas grill. "Beach Week - Communication with property management was good. They addressed our issues quickly. When we checked in the refrigerator was not cooling and ended up not cooling the entire week. They brought out another one that we left outside under the house and used. The master bedroom with the king is tight with only a closet for your clothes. There was only 1 pot and 1 pan in the kitchen for cooking. We could not get the cable to work in the living room (property manager offered to call Spectrum to come out) but we made do without it. My husband enjoyed the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath downstairs."
