Great Place a Stay

It was smooth sailing staying in a house on Carolina Beach! The realtors are very laid back and the house was in great condition when we got there. The only thing to change would be that I thought there was a pull out couch, but it wasn't. It worked out great though and the couches looked practically new!

I have been using Carolina Beach Realty for 3 years now and wouldn't go any place else. They are a wonderful and friendly group. The homes we have rented have always been GREAT!!! I always look forward to using them every year!!! Thank you CBR for making our vacations a time to remember!!!!

We have used Carolina Beach Realty 5 times when planning and booking our vacation to Pleasure Island. Their website is easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. The property descriptions are accurate and the reservation process is understandable and easy. The folks in the office are really friendly, too; they realize how important these trips are to my family and truly enjoy being a positive part of the experience. We have always been completely satisfied with this company!

Everything goes so smoothly with Carolina Beach Realty. Reservations are so easy. Any questions are answered very quickly with phone call or e-mail. At check in I'm like, " that's it, we're good!" "yep, that's it, enjoy your stay." In the past, I have had some pretty bad reservation and check in experiences with other companies. Honestly, when it comes down to two rentals to pick from, and it has, It will be the one with Carolina Beach Realty. Planning our family beach trip is very important to me, and I trust Carolina Beach Realty to work with.

Our recent vacation to Carolina Beach was awesome! Carolina Beach Realty made it such an enjoyable experience. The beachfront home we rented was everything we thought it would be ..... an adorable cottage, clean, great furnishings, and perfect location! There is so much attention to detail in everything they do. The staff at CBR was extremely friendly and welcoming! We have rented from them multiple times and will continue to use them. We are already looking forward to another stay!

A truly great experience, from check-in to check-out. By far the easiest rental experience. The fact that not only linens are provided but the beds are made when you get there. The house was well maintained and clean. Absolutely no complaints.

We were looking for a beach rental property where we could get together with our extended family for a week of relaxation and fun together. With a group consisting of four generations; from two years of age to over 80, our mix of needs is pretty hard to meet. However, we found our stay at Kure Me to be just what we were looking for. The location is outstanding, it is hard to be closer to the beach - no problem for any of us to stroll on over. The surfer in the group even commented on how good the conditions were for surfing. Amenities included everything we could want - privacy and plenty of bedrooms for quiet when we needed it; but plenty of space to gather together for group action. The pool was so close, and just right for the little ones, not yet fully capable swimmers. The elevator is a real plus as well for moving people and material to the various levels. The kitchen was modern, clean and fully functional; no need to bring dishes, utensils or any kitchen tools. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived; no surprises. All in all, this was all we could have hoped for in a family vacation rental.

My family visited Carolina Beach for 7 days in July 2015. We stayed at Casa De Bamma Jazz on Bowfin Lane. This was arranged through Carolina Beach Realty. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured on the website. We had six adults and four children and we slept comfortably. The unit had modern appliances including a washer and dryer which used daily. Three and half baths and generously sized rooms. It is only a block away from the beach with easy access. I cannot praise Carolina Beach Realty enough for their service. We started this process about a year in advance and they made it very easy. The staff was professional, informed and accommodating throughout. I especially liked their informative and timely emails. This is a quality business throughout that can be trusted to deliver a great service. We look forward to visit Carolina Beach again. I highly recommend Carolina Beach as a vacation destination when booked through Carolina Beach Realty.

The is the second year we have rented from Carolina Beach Realty and we have found them very helpful in finding perfect rentals for our family. Our rental property was perfect for 3 young adults, 2 senior parents, and a dog. It was beautifully appointed with lovely amenities in every room. Carolina Realty's service and housekeeping was impeccable and they were very easy to work with. This year's house was in a wonderful neighborhood with a porch facing the neighborhood and was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail as the light faded. We also loved all the local activities from the Tiki Bard, great restaurants, and historic Fort Fisher. We enjoyed everything!. Thanks for finding the perfect place for us.

We chose Carolina Beach as our annual family beach trip this September. What an awesome time it was; the home was spacious with 4 bedrooms and baths and very tastefully furnished. It was 1 block from the beach and provided a cart for lawn chairs and beach equipment but we chose to put the 2 year old twins in instead. There is much to do in the area. We went to many walks along the beautiful shore (very clean white sand), plus a day laying out, a trip along the boardwalk and a trip to the aquarium. We had a choice of so many good restaurants in the area too. We hope to return here next year. Carolina Beach Realty was very organized in their checking in and out processing and very quick to help with any concern we had.

For my wife and I our summer vacation is all about one thing - FAMILY! Our three grown children, their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren are scattered all around the country. That makes our week at the beach a very treasured time for all of us. This year we looked to Carolina Beach Realty to help us find the perfect rental. We wanted a house right on the beach with enough space to accommodate our growing family. Carolina Beach Realty got us exactly what we needed and more! The Banana Cabana checked all the boxes for us. It is a beautiful house, right on the beach, with plenty of bedrooms and opened spaces for congregating and relaxing together..It also came with a private pool and hot tub, which was even more than we had hoped for. We appreciate the professional and friendly way we were treated by Carolina Beach realty and plan use them again in the future.

We have used Carolina Beach Realty for two years now and we have been very pleased! The rental was cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival and we found all of the amenities to our liking. We have even stayed in the same unit both years! The office staff are very friendly and were able to meet all of our needs. We look forward to working with them next year!

We have stayed at "The Pearl" a total of 4 weeks out of the last 4 years. The facility is right on the beach, has a beautiful kitchen, and the master bathroom makes us feel super fancy. Anytime we've had a concern (need a new light bulb or some small matter needs attention), somebody from the realty company gets us taken care of ASAP. We will continue to make family memories here for many more years!

My family and I visited Carolina Beach , August 15th for a week. We just absolutely love this area. Renting from Carolina Beach Realty is the best thing I have done. The staff are very friendly, pleasant, and outgoing! They make your check in and check out easy and painless. You don't have to run around for linens because when you stay a week during the season it is provided for you. The house has always been clean and beds made ready to go when you arrive. I recommend this company to all my friends and family going in and around the Pleasure Island area!

A few weeks ago, we took our family on a last minute trip to Kure Beach before school started. Carolina Beach Realty provided excellent service. We had a wonderful vacation home to stay in. It was available prior to the expected check in time. Everything was more than we could have hoped for. We didn't have to be concerned with linens, etc. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We could just relax and have a good time. The group at CBR are terrific. Couldn't ask for a better company. We will definitely be staying with them again and encourage others to do the same!

That staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Check-out was easy, even when the office had closed for the day. Will definitely look to them again in the future.

It was a great company to work with. Very easy to find and very easy to use. Rental was spotless and looked great. Had only one problem,while playing football in back yard, the football flew on a balcony and we could not retrieve it. Called the office and they had it back to us in just a hour or two. Would stay again. In fact already planning next years trip back to the same spot. You won't be sorry you used these guys.

We have stayed in a beach rental with family for two previous years and had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation. Everything was easy to plan and the house was as it was advertised.

Smart & friendly staff

We have used Carolina Beach Realty for our bi-annual family Christmas reunions over the past few years. From the first time I used them I was hooked. I won't go through any other realtor for our holiday rentals. We can always find the perfect house to suit our family's needs. They are always quick to respond, very pleasant and accommodating. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

It was great. House was as described and clean. The keypad lock is excellent - you do not worry about someone having a key or losing a key while at the beach. Just a great overall experience. Friendly help and advice and information every time we called.

My family of 15 rented a home on Kure Beach this past July for one week. I worked with Carolina Beach Realty and they were always very responsive and helpful. They made the experience an awesome one for all of us and we will use them again in the future for additional family vacations!

Just returned from a week at Carolina Beach. Rented the Oceanfront property. What a gem. Unfortunately we were not aware that a major beach restoration project would begin during our stay. The restoration was right outside our door for part of the week and work continued 24/7. Had we known we would have selected another property. This summer will be the 4th time using Carolina Beach Realty for our family vacation. We have used a different property each year as our family has grown. Every property has been in good shape and as advertised with no issues. One year we did have a maintenance issue with a broken table and they sent someone the same day to repair.

A delightful stay in a charming two bedroom oceanfront cottage next to Carolina Beach Pier.

The bedroom was cozy and warm. The living room had comfortable sofas and chairs. The kitchen boasted modern culinary appliances. The dining area was great to have dinner with family. Our stay in Carolina Beach was simply awesome. I would like to say that we were bit fortunate to have this property. Everything was arranged as per our choices. The owner was a kindhearted person and sober. We were 6 people – all young couples who wanted some privacy. Guess what! We got it. The spacious rooms are luxuriously decorated with upscale amenities. When we would go out to explore and come back completely exhausted, the pool would help us relax. What more we could ask for?

Amazing vacation. Carolina Beach Realty made the whole experience from lease signing to arrival and departure very easy. This house had everything we needed, love having the clean towels and sheets at the home, no need to worry about bringing them with us. The electronic locks are a great touch no need to worry about picking up or dropping off keys. The location and home was exactly as described and we loved that dogs were welcome! We were fortunate to be able to work with Carolina Beach Realty for a place to stay while we awaited our return to Puerto Rico. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. At one point we needed to turn the heat on and for some reason it wouldn't power on. They immediately came and got it fixed for us. The staff was super helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely rent from them again!

CBR did an awesome job managing renters during a really tough time (shelter at home going into place, beaches closing). Though they had to juggle a lot of uncertainty and shift quickly, they were responsive, available and flexible throughout.

I’ve stayed at Carolina Beach Realty properties a couple of times. They have been friendly, easy to work with and I haven’t had issues during either stay. I thought the properties were clean, well-maintained, and lived up to expectations. I know I’ll be booking the Cozy Kure again - it was perfect. I will use them for future stays in Kure Beach.

Great house, great location

Have dealt with Carolina Beach Realty through a VRBO rental, as I plan to move to that area and was looking at real estate in the area I must say, they were very pleasant to deal with. I had a minor issue entering the rental but the response was immediately corrected. I plan on going back and will look to use Carolina Beach Realty. I had a very nice trip.

We had an excellent vacation experience using this company. This house was well maintained and clean. The view of the area from the top floor was the perfect way to wake up and have my morning coffee.

This was an excellent vacation rental. We were fortunate enough to book this for NYE 2021 and what a great way to ring in 2022. Location to the beach, cleanliness of home, available parking for more than 4 cars is easily doable using the garages; game room kept us occupied for quite a while and not to mention the hot tub and pool were a welcome touch. However we did find some things lacking regarding hospitality - not enough towels, cleaning supplies and unable to control thermostat leading us to some UNCOMFORTABLE nights. Overall. Still an amazing property

First of all, we booked the American Dream house for a week and our house was VERY clean, the perfect location, and the communication with Carolina beach realty was amazing. Unfortunately, when we left my husband accidentally left a bag full of our children’s favorite books, sound machines, cameras, etc. Any parent knows how stressful that can be 😭🤦🏼‍♀️. We contact Carolina Beach reality and within a couple of days Kelsey was able to locate it. Kelsey also was able to get a package that was delivered late to the rental property. Kelsey was great at communicating and updating us on the status of the bag and package. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate it. This was 100% our fault and completely inconvenient for them but they helped us without hesitation. We would recommend Carolina Beach Realty to anyone!

Rented from Carolina Beach Realty for a staff retreat. It was a great experience even though COVID was still causing issues and our entire group could not attend. House was beautiful and very clean! We do plan to try to rent from this company again for future trips.

Beautiful vacation home with an elevator with capability to be handicap accessible. A short walk to the beach also the roof top balcony view is simply amazing.The staff was great. I accidentally locked myself out and they came to the rescue.

We had an amazing family vacation. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Sunrise on the beach, grandkids splashing in the ocean. We cooked some, did carry-out for the rest. We had one minor maintenance issue which Carolina Beach Realty promptly, courteously and unobtrusively fixed. They were terrific! I can't stop recommending them to friends. We'll definitely be back!

The house that we rented was very well equipped, very spacious and CBR was very quick to respond when we had some issues that needed resolved. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our rental from Carolina beach reality. The rental was clean and very nice. We locked the door the first day to the elevator not realizing what we did and they came and unlocked for us. The only complaint I had about this rental was it needed curtains in the bathroom.

Averette Cottage - Quaint sums it up.. We had 10 or so adult friends in for a 4-day get-away; some of us this was our 4th time staying here. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had no serious complaints about the cottage. Yes, it is dated, but comfortable. I agree with another poster that the sofas are losing their firmness. Also suggest running a water supply pipe out to the far deck so folks can rinse off after they come in from the beach. The shower under the house is kinda impractical. Overall, you can't beat the location, and its beach front.

The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was so responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to operate the elevator. The maintenance person was pleasant on Friday and again on Saturday when the smoke detector beeped needing a new battery. Both people really made me feel they were glad to help me. And the lady in the office was equally pleasant and wanted me to let them know if they could do anything to enhance our stay. The large oceanfront deck was perfect for outside gathering, making for wonderful family memories.

We used VRBO but were pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and quality of the experience of our rental thanks to Carolina Beach Realty. From questions about billing to putting in a service request, they were incredibly helpful. Besides that, the unit was fantastic. We will likely start with CBR when planning our next visit to the area.

We have rented homes from Carolina Beach Realty for several summers. We have never been disappointed with their service or the houses. Kure is our favorite beach for family vacations.

I have used this company for a few years now when renting out a place to stay at the beach. I’ve done it all online and it was super easy and if I had any problem or questions the people that work at the company are super great about answering any worries I had! I love the guest portal that they send to you with so much information to help you out on your stay. All of our rentals have been super clean, great locations and accommodated us all for every event. (We eloped the last time we stayed!) I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to rent anything for your beach vacations!! 😊

We enjoyed our stay at the Daily Breeze! Nice location and always clean! The staff at Carolina Beach Realty have always been very helpful and attentive to any problem or crisis that popped up! Been using them since 2015 and look forward to using them again on our next adventure!

The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was very helpful and informative. The house we stayed in was great, clean and had many comforts from home. Kure Beach was undergoing beach nourishment so we only had 2 of the 6 days available for direct beach access from our beach house. We were informed a few days before our arrival date that our direct beach access maybe reduced for 24-48 hours, but was very disappointed that it was entirely closed for the remainder of our stay. Awaiting response from home owner. Planning on booking annual return trips to the same beach house in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend at our beautiful beach house celebrating our daughter’s college graduation! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Dining options were delicious numerous - just be aware there is very little free parking before 5pm in KB and before 8pm at CB. Thanks for providing a great place for such a special weekend!

Southpark by the Sea was a terrific little get-away. The unit was very clean and spacious. So close to the beach, too. Amenities were great and the unit was in walking distance to everything! Never needed to get back into the car until leaving! Great place and would definitely go back! Thanks!

PermaGrin on Kure Beach cannot be topped! And Carolina Realty made it easy and stress free to reserve this property even before the schedule and fees had been posted for this year. Multiple helpful texts and emails for check in/out. They even delivered a bicycle pump to us on Memorial Day so we could ride the bikes. This is our 5th year renting a beach house on Carolina/Kure Beach and this house is by far above and beyond the best house ever and worth every penny!! Gorgeous, spacious house. Quality and tasteful finishings. Clean and welcoming. Everything worked like a charm - A/C, internet, kitchen appliances, furniture, laundry. Pool and beach chairs/umbrella/toys made the day. And bikes and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Oh, and the fire tables and garage parking and location and the list goes on and on. What a house! We had 10 people in the house and it still felt spacious. Can’t wait to return!!

Completely blown away by this Rental Agency. Between emails and texts, anyone leasing through them is completely informed. They provide things to do as well as places to eat. Peace of mind throughout.

Review left Aug 2022. This was a perfect beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a little light cooking while on vacation. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs and towels as those were all provided! And, so close to the beach a very easy walk. 

Awesome property in Kure Beach, three levels, with an elevator, balconies, on the beach, pool, private access to the beach, one car garage, with everything you wish for a wonderful beach vacation.

We stayed in KURE Beach through Carolina Beach Realty. Large house that accommodated 17 ppl. It was clean and nothing shy of what I expected. We did have an issue with the elevators which the staff was polite and sent someone in a timely manner to resolve the issue. Elevators in the house sounded rickety which I am unsure if this is a residential thing ( I have only used public elevators). The rental was just as shown on the website in the pictures posted. No complaints overall!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach! The rental property lived up to our expectations and more. We loved the convenience of our location and we were within walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Having our own separate storage room was a huge bonus and made things a lot easier with being able to store our beach stuff. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

My family has been using CB Realty for 25 years or so when visiting off and on. We hadn’t been there in 10 years or so, and now, rather than having just the wife, two kids and I, we have added a son in law and a daughter in law. These fine folks were super helpful in helping us choose a condo with bed arrangements that worked for us. The condo was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed and a little more. We always feel like celebrities when we visit. Give them a try next time you want to book a place.

Very nice. Clean condo although do bring T paper from home to save a trip to the store. No access issues. Sometimes AirBnB can be a run around. Not so with these folks. We will use them again for sure.

A wonderful vacation was spent in Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Realty was a pleasure to work with as we are in NJ. The house was perfect for our vacation and 3 generations spent the week very comfortably. Easy access to the beach, beds very comfortable. We could all come together in the main living area and relax in our bedrooms and on the many decks. Would love to return.

When we arrived the AC had gone out and of course we called right after the office had closed, however, Carolina Beach Realty responded to our "distress call" immediately and within an hour or less a AC Tech arrived and had us up and running quickly!

We loved our stay at Carolina Beach, and CBR was incredibly accommodating when our plans got a bit wonky - the company went above and beyond to make it right. Would highly recommend them! To add, book directly through them, NOT through Airbnb.

Beautiful property on the inlet. Really enjoyed watching the boats and pelicans on the deck out back. Beach is a quick walk across the parking lot. Construction going on next to the restaurant next door which takes out the sidewalk for a good portion of the walk to town but should be finished soon. Would highly recommend this beautiful home. Carolina Beach Realty made it easy and the house was clean when we arrived, nothing to do but enjoy it!

Convenient location, plenty of room for my large family, and excellent communication from Carolina Beach Realty throughout the stay. The air conditioner went out while we were there, but the maintenance team responded immediately and resolved it so quickly it was barely even an inconvenience.

We had a wonderful experience at Dolphin Run. The 1 or 2 small issues we had were addressed quickly, effectively and pleasantly. House was well stocked, clean and as presented. My star rating is a 4+, and the only reason it is not a full 5 stars is because it is a Saturday to Saturday rental which is the worst. Wish more people would do Fri. to Fri. or Sun to Sun or Mon to Mon. traffic would be sooooooo much easier. Very pleasant vacation and a pleasant experience with Carolina Beach Realty.

Great place to stay! only a couple of issues with washing machine and dryer. There was something in the water that turned our white clothes brown and the dryer wasnt drying clothes very well. it took about 3 rounds to completely dry the clothes.

I really enjoyed staying at "Away Game" with Carolina Beach Realty . The house was clean, had all the amenities you could want, and the private beach access so close to the house was perfect. Literally, less than a block from the house. The ground floor of the house had a large area (mud room) where you could leave all your sandy gear and not drag it into the house. The outdoor shower (right outside mud room) was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Carolina Beach Realty sent texts of all information you needed, down to a reminder of trash day. I loved this. And check-in/check-out was all done at the house. It made vacation what it's supposed to be....effortless. Will definitely stay again! If I had to list a con, it would be if you were having any mobility issues that made steps a problem, this property would be difficult. The house is three stories and there are also steps for Beach access.

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach! We stayed in a cute cottage which was in a great location! It was close to the beach, lake, boardwalk and restaurants. It was very clean and had a big, private, fenced in backyard which was great for our dogs. During the booking Carolina Beach Realty was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. We are hoping to book the same cottage next year!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone! A couple of my family had to work remotely while there, and there was enough space so that they had a quiet place to work. Great space and great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped which is uncommon for rental properties, so I was very happy about that.

We really loved renting the Seaside Palace from Carolina Beach Realty. The property was GORGEOUS and very clean. Carolina Beach Realty really provided us with very good service.

We had a wonderful time at the Blueberry Bungalow. This is a great location. The house has beautiful views of the ocean and the elevator was a must for my elderly parents. I highly recommend The Hunnicutt House at Kure Beach! I rented this home for 2 weeks for family coming in town from Alaska. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the home and the space for the entire family. It sleeps a lot of people and has a nicely stocked kitchen with everything you need. The upstairs bonus apartment was fantastic as well and very cozy and comfortable! The best part of this home is the amazing location and views! We sat many morning and nights on the front porch watching the sun rise and moon rise and my mom really loved that! We literally walked across the street to the public beach access and it was perfect! It felt like a private beach access as it was not accessed by many. The road is a small one way street so it was perfect and didn't have much traffic at all. We were very close the the Kure Beach Pier which we caught a lot of fish on, including 5 Bull Drums and tons of Spanish Mackerel. Restaurants are also in walking distance! This home isn't fancy but it's perfect for a family wanting lovely vacation in a perfect location! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the beach cottage on Carolina Beach. It was perfect for us, my sister, her hubby & dog. The unit was great, had a couple problems, but the management company to care of them right away. We were close to the pier, watched waves & surfers. Also slept great going to sleep & waking up to ocean waves. There are a lot of great restaurants especially Michaels Seafood & Fish Bites, delicious! We hope to go there again!

Great experience dealing with Carolina Beach Realty from beginning to end -- actually after end -- of stay! Several days after we left the property, I contacted CBR because my daughter thought she had left something in the rental home. Within minutes of my email, Ellie reached out to the housekeeper who confirmed that she had not seen the item, but then Ellie sent another person to double check. Although the item was not found, we appreciate the extra effort. If I owned a rental property, I would hope to have a property management company that showed this level of customer service.

This home worked out well for us. As others mentioned, the fenced-in yard was great for the pup and the kitchen was very well stocked. The main living area was spacious and our mother enjoyed relaxing in the nice recliner. TVs had several apps loaded for streaming. Walking to the beach through the quiet neighborhood was pleasant. We would return to this house in the future.

We had a very good experience renting the cozy Kure beach house. Wonderful trip. We usually don't rent a house . We always do the condo / resort type. We wanted a bigger place this year. This house is perfect. It is very clean. It is a very short walk to the beach. It has everything a family needs for a perfect stay. Private pool , private hot tub, five bedroom , three baths , garage , extra fridge , six tvs , washer/ dryer, beautiful views and so much more.A very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beautiful Fort Fisher area. Very close to ferry. We will definitely be back to stay here. We loved it.

Location, location, location! We loved being so very close to the ocean. November was a great time to visit for solitude, no crowds. We took some walks where we were the only ones on the beach.

We stayed at the Kraken during a family event and everything was as expected and advertised. The property has mostly King size beds which worked perfectly for the age or our family. Multiple ocean front bedrooms with plenty of outdoor deck space. Clean and tidy, well decorated. Would we stay here again ? Yes !

Very clean, very quiet, perfect getaway!

This was our first time in Kure Beach and we were very pleased with the house. It was clean and nice, well stocked, plus lots of hooks for everything were a plus. The pool heater worked great, and it was very easy access to the beach. There were a lot of beach chairs provided, but many were broken. The towels were thin and there were no bath mats, so bring those if you want. We had a great time and would highly recommend the property for groups or large families.

We had an AMAZING stay at "As Good As It Gets"! The home was perfect for our extended family spring break trip that included my two young toddlers, their grandparents, aunts and cousin. We hope to be back when the weather is warmer so that we can truly enjoy the beachfront and pool. The home’s elevator was incredibly helpful, especially with all of our heavy luggage. It was also an incredible luxury that each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the supplies you could possibly need. The hosts were great and very responsive anytime we reached out with questions.

We rented three properties for a corporate retreat. The realty company had lots of cues set up to remind you what needed to be done at steps. I was shocked with a few broken things, like four Adirondack deck chairs were broken. The toliet seat, the screws going into the wall for the shower curtain were sticking out. Overall good experience except for the broken items.

July 2024, Awesome place N446. This is one of the Best places we have stayed. Carolina Beach Realty were great. Lots of room to spread out, 3 families, 6 adults, 5 kids ages 6 - 15. The living, dinning and kitchen were large. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean. Location was on the Beach and short walk to Kure Beach Pier. Carolina Beach park / Boardwalk was a short drive. Would love to go back again.

Wonderful week spent at the Hunnicutt House in Kure Beach. The owner, Rhonda came by to ensure the house was up to her standards and that we had everything that we needed. This was fully furnished, including washer and dryer. We have already reserved it for two weeks in 2025.
