The kitchen boasts modern appliances such as a refrigerator, flat cooktop stove with a dual oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffeemaker/Keurig combo. Additional fun features include a toaster oven, margarita maker, and popcorn machine for movie nights. The adjoining living room invites guests to unwind with partial ocean views from a deck with seating for five. Inside, the cozy space includes a couch, love seat, two chairs, and a flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment.
The 2nd floor features a king bedroom with a private deck and partial ocean views, as well as a queen bedroom with a street-view deck. Both rooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The 3rd floor includes a queen bedroom, while the 4th floor offers another queen bedroom and the master suite. The luxurious master suite features a king bed, private deck with partial ocean views, a desk, recliner, and flat-screen Smart TV. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Additional bathrooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. For added convenience, the home includes laundry facilities on the 2nd floor with a top-loading washer, front-loading dryer, and iron.

"My family & I stayed at this beautiful home away from home during Memorial Day Weekend, I couldn’t have asked for a better location! House was the perfect distance from the beach (walkable) which was part of the reason I selected this location along with the spacious rooms & elevator (which was absolutely needed for my mother in law). The host was responsive from the time we booked until checkout. The home was clean, and does look exactly like the photos. We also enjoyed the extra amenities like the wagon, bicycles, etc made for a fun time at the beach."
